Grant of license
Subject to your compliance with this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") and our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PocketPOSx on Android devices you own or control, for your own personal or business purposes.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise make the App available to third parties as a standalone product.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) on the App.
- Use the App to build a competing product or service.
Ownership
PocketPOSx is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including its source code, design, branding, and documentation — remain with its developer. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Updates
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time to add features, improve performance, or fix issues. This EULA applies to any updates unless a separate license is provided with that update.
Third-party software
PocketPOSx is built using open-source and third-party components, each governed by its own license terms. These include, among others:

Your use of these components through PocketPOSx is also subject to their respective licenses, which take precedence over this EULA for those specific components.
Term & termination
This license is effective until you uninstall the App or until it is terminated. We may terminate this license if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
Disclaimer & liability
The App is licensed "as is," without warranty of any kind. Our liability under this EULA is limited as described in the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability sections of our Terms of Service, which apply equally to this EULA.
Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your local jurisdiction.
